How does it work?
1. Subscribe to a plan. Choose the plan that best meets your needs and budget.
2. Submit your position(s). Provide us with the details of your open positions, including the job title, job description, and qualifications required.
3. We'll review the details and arrange a consultation (if needed). We may need to ask you a few additional questions about your position(s) and hiring needs.
4. We begin our sourcing process. We start by identifying the entire available market using our vast network, database, job boards, social media, referrals, etc.
5. In as little as 2 days (depending on the complexity of the search), you'll receive a shortlist of 3 - 5 of only the most well-qualified candidates.
6. You choose who to interview and ultimately hire. We'll help you with scheduling, providing feedback and ultimately making the offer.
7. We'll support you throughout the entire hiring & onboarding phase to make sure the entire process is seamless and easy.
How is RaaSwell different than other recruitment agencies?
Other recruitment agencies are often inconsistent, unreliable, and expensive. They may fail to meet deadlines or deliver on their promises. They charge high placement fees (20-30% or more, which means a fee of $20,000 - $30,000 for a candidate with a $100,000 annual salary vs $4,999 for RaaSwell), and they may not carefully screen candidates for skill and culture fit because they are more concerned with beating out potential competitors, leaving you with more work to do (what are you paying them for again?).
Raaswell is different. We are committed to providing consistent results and reliable service. We never charge placement fees, and we stay engaged on the search until you are 100% satisfied. We only present you with the top 2-3% of candidates after we have carefully screened for skill and culture fit. When you're looking for your next hire, everything that matters to you, matters to us.How many positions will you work on?
We can help you hire for as many positions as you need, you can add as many positions to your queue as you'd like. We'll work on one role at a time (per subscription), and as soon as you feel you have enough candidates, you can pause or have us move on to the next position in your queue. If you have more than one priority role, you can purchase additional subscriptions for use on simultaneous searches.
What if the candidates aren't a fit?
No worries! We'll keep searching until we find you the right candidates. We're not satisfied until you are.
How does Pause work?
Subscriptions are based on 30 days. You can pause or unpause your subscription at any time, giving you complete flexibility and control.
Let's say you're hiring a Software Engineer - you've received great candidates (because that's what we do) and on day 20 of your subscription your offer is accepted. You can pause your subscription, leaving you 10 remaining days to use on a future search. When you're ready to hire for your next position, simply unpause and we'll get back to work.Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds due to the time and resources committed to each search.
What happens if we fill the role ourselves?
If it's within the first 30 days, we'll credit your payment towards a future search. After 30 days, we'll credit 50% towards a future search.
What are your guarantees?
30 day guarantee: if you do not hire 1 candidate or interview at least 2 candidates within 30 days, you do not pay again until you do.
60 day placement guarantee: if the candidate you hire from us is legally fired for cause or quits within 60 days of starting, we will replace the candidate at no charge, or credit you towards a future search.

Terms & ConditionsTHIS TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) constitutes a legally binding agreement by and between Ash Tree Talent & Advisory, LLC organized under the laws of the State of Delaware (“Ash Tree”) and the client, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“Client”). “Candidate” shall mean any candidate submission by Ash Tree to Client of a qualified employment candidate to Client.SUBSCRIPTION FEES
Client agrees to pay Ash Tree the fees specified on the Site (www.raaswell.com) when Client subscribes, or that are otherwise set forth on a separate written service supplement executed by the parties. Ash Tree reserves the right at any time to change our fees and billing methods, effective either immediately upon posting on the Site or by email delivery to Client.
PAYMENT TERMS
Client agrees to pay subscription fees on a monthly basis on the first day of each monthly subscription term. Terms will renew automatically unless cancelled or paused by client.
POSITIONS
Positions are worked on 1 (one) at a time per subscription.
PAUSES
Subscriptions may be paused any time.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Client may cancel at any time; no refunds or credits will be issued.
INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR STATUS
Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be deemed to constitute either party a partner, joint venture or employee of the other party for any purpose.
COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS
Ash Tree is an equal opportunity employer and refers Candidates, regardless of race, sex, color, religion, creed, ancestry, national origin, disability, age, marital status or other protected class status pursuant to applicable law. The parties agree and warrant to the other party that they will not reject Candidates, or otherwise deem Candidates unacceptable, or take any other action for any reason prohibited by federal, state or local laws including, but not limited to, laws pertaining to discrimination. The parties will indemnify, defend and hold the other party, its officers, directors, shareholders, agents and employees harmless with respect to any and all claims, liabilities, losses, expenses, attorney’s fees, damages, demands and judgments arising from or growing out of the acts or omissions of the other party for any action in violation of federal, state and/or local laws, including, but not limited to, any claims based on hiring practices, discrimination, sexual harassment or wrongful discharge or other labor-related claims arising from Client’s negligence or in violation of any local, state, or federal laws.
The parties acknowledge and agree that if a Candidate qualifies for a reasonable accommodation under the ADA, the parties shall comply with American Disabilities Act, to the extent required thereunder.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Ash Tree and Client recognize that while performing its duties under this Agreement, Ash Tree, its Candidates and Client may be granted access to certain proprietary and confidential information regarding the disclosing party’s business, Candidates, customers, and employees. Each party agrees to keep such information confidential, not to use such information for itself or for any other person or entity, and not to disclose such information directly or indirectly to any other person or entity. The obligations of this paragraph will survive the termination of this Agreement. This paragraph does not apply to information that was previously known or information that is available in the public domain.
The introduction of prospective Candidate is strictly confidential. The referral of an Ash Tree Candidate by Client to another employer that results in a hiring will render the Client liable for a full placement fee which will be 20% of candidates annual base salary.
MISCELLANEOUS
Governing Law: The laws of the State of Delaware shall govern the validity and construction of this Agreement and any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Severability: A ruling by any court that one or more of the provisions contained in this Agreement is invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect shall not affect any other provision of this Agreement so long as the economic or legal substance of the transactions contemplated hereby is not affected in any manner materially adverse to any party. Thereafter, this Agreement shall be construed as if the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision had been amended so as to make this Agreement valid and enforceable as originally contemplated by this Agreement to the greatest extent possible.Counterparts: This Agreement may be executed simultaneously in two or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original.
Headings: The section and subsection headings have been included for convenience only, are not part of this Agreement and shall not be taken as an interpretation of any provision of this Agreement. The background section is an integral part of this Agreement.
Binding Effect: This Agreement shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the parties and their respective heirs, legatees, personal representatives and other legal representatives, successors and permitted assigns. Ash Tree and Client specifically acknowledge and agree that this Agreement governs and applies to the relationship between Ash Tree and the Client, and not to any other relationship between the Client and any other division, company, business unit, subsidiary or affiliate of Ash Tree. Except as otherwise specifically provided, this Agreement is not intended and shall not be construed to confer upon or to give any person, other than the parties hereto, any rights or remedies.Amendments and Modifications: This Agreement, including all Exhibits attached hereto, may be amended, waived, changed, modified or discharged only by an agreement in writing signed on behalf of all of the parties by the authorized representatives executing this Agreement.Termination: This Agreement may be terminated by either party upon written notice of termination to the other, for any reason whatsoever.Entire Agreement: This Agreement, and all Exhibits attached hereto constitute the entire agreement between the parties, and there are no representations, warranties, covenants or obligations except as set forth in this Agreement. This Agreement supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, negotiations and discussions, written or oral, of the parties, relating to any transaction contemplated by this Agreement.Waiver: Failure to insist upon strict compliance with any of the terms, covenants or conditions of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of that term, covenant or condition or of any other term, covenant or condition of this Agreement. Any waiver or relinquishment of any right or power hereunder at any one or more times shall not be deemed a waiver or relinquishment of that right or power at any other time.Remedies Cumulative: Except as expressly provided herein, the remedies set forth in this Agreement are cumulative and are in addition to any other remedies allowed at law or in equity. Resort to one form of remedy shall not constitute a waiver of alternate remedies.Assignment: No party shall transfer or assign any or all of its rights or interests under this Agreement or delegate any of its obligations without the prior written consent of the other party.FORCE MAJEURE: Neither party shall be liable for any delay in delivery or nonperformance in whole of its obligations under this Agreement if prevented from doing so by a cause or causes beyond its control, including, without limitation, acts of God or public enemy, failure of suppliers to perform, fire, floods, storms, earthquakes, riots, strikes, war, and restraints of government. The suspension of performance shall be of no greater scope and no longer duration than is reasonably required and the non-performing party shall use reasonable efforts to remedy its inability to perform.
